1. The Service

CoreTradesAI provides an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist for tradespeople. The service answers customer enquiries, qualifies leads, generates quotes (with your approval), and sends appointment reminders — all via WhatsApp.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, you may cancel and request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee. No questions asked.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time by emailing geton@corethreads.co.uk.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid period.
• Founding Member pricing (where applicable) is locked for 12 months from sign-up date.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing information you provide for the knowledge base.
• You must review and approve all quotes before they are sent to customers. Approving a quote constitutes your instruction to send it.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Acceptable Use Policy when using the service.
• You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages.

4a. Data Ownership

All customer data collected through your WhatsApp conversations belongs to you (the tradesman). CoreTradesAI processes that data solely as a data processor acting on your instructions. We do not use your customer data to train AI models or share it with other businesses.

4b. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreThreads Hub against any claims, losses, or regulatory actions arising from: (a) inaccurate pricing information you provided for the knowledge base; (b) quotes you approved and sent to customers; or (c) your failure to comply with Gas Safe, NICEIC, or other trade regulatory requirements.

5. AI Disclaimer

The AI agent answers customer questions using only your pre-loaded knowledge base. We take reasonable steps to prevent hallucinations, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every AI-generated response. You remain responsible for all quotes sent under your approval, and for any information your business communicates to customers.

CoreTradesAI is not a substitute for professional regulatory advice on Gas Safe, electrical, or building standards compliance. The knowledge base provides general reference information only.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreThreads Hub's liability for any claim arising from the use of CoreTradesAI is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice (minimum 14 days via email). Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
